Over the years Judy has had to wear many hats. She contiues to handle th finacial responsibilites. Part of this has been the handling of contractural agreements with Promoters. She has been the prime mareting individual searching for and making the necessary arrangements to bring new events to Expo. In the Managers absence Jody must assume the overall operation of Expo, taking on all the duties of the Manager. As Expo continues to grow she will be taking on a greater roll in Marketing. Her duties will include booking events, searching for new events and working with Promoters to assure the financial stability of Augusta Expo. Woody in his new job will be charged the overall maintenance of our facilities, buildings and grounds. He will also handle our show setups, the stocking of our concession supplies and other required supplies. If it were not for our volunteers, Expo in its current form could not exist. Their duties have in the past, presently do and hopefully will continue to include every function related to running a business.
